When importing references, the file type selected identifies each reference and its field data. By default, all available import options appear in the options drop-down list when importing references. This list can be filtered by defining your Favorite Import Options list..

Adding Import Options to your Favorites

1. From the Import page, click the Select Favorites link.
2. Select one or more import options from the list of All Filter Options on the left.
3. Click the Copy to Favorites button.

Removing Import Options from your Favorites

1. From the Import page, click the Select Favorites link.
2. Select one or more import options from the My Favorites list on the right.
3. Click the Remove from Favorites button.

Tip

If your access associates you with more than one institution of a consortium, you can change your affiliation using the Member of field.
