The Account Status page provides you with information about the status of your EndNote and Roaming accounts.

EndNote. A subscription to EndNote desktop entitles you to a free subscription to EndNote online for two years. You may extend your subscription to EndNote online by upgrading to the latest version of EndNote.

Roaming. A roaming account remains active for 12 months after you register with an authenticated session. You may reactivate roaming by establishing a new authenticated session. (Generally, this means logging in again from your institution.)

In the event that that both account status messages are displayed at the same time, the "denied access" date will be the later date.
